Google2026-10-01“Fantastic service, the engineers really know their stuff (and that is after encountering a lot of the local firms) - the people who visit to do the work are typically owners rather than contracted and so you can be sure you're getting quality care from people who really care about doing a good job. Also willing to say when a job can be done more cheaply another route e.g. via the manufacturer, i.e. they do not try to generate work for themselves. Fantastic.”

On first visit he arrived without the right materials as through no fault of his own he hadn’t been shown the photos or videos I had sent a few days in advance… so arrived with a new part he didn’t need, and without the one he did. But with some improvisation on his part he got the job done. Very polite and customer focused. On second visit he did great job plumbing in the posh new taps I’d bought for kitchen.”

Arrived on day & time agreed. Josh was very professional and courteous. No mess. The heating automatic air vent then started to leak but after a call the next day to explain the problem, Josh arrived later on same day and replaced the part. Would definitely recommend.”

I found you in the end and you have been absolutely brilliant; diagnosed the problem really quickly, asked all the right questions to get to the bottom of the underlying problem, affected a quick repair to get the system up and running and then are arranging to come back for the fuller repair, and have provided advice on how to look after the rest of the system going forwards. He was sympathetic to our concerns (my pregnant partner had shown recent slight exposure to carbon monoxide when tested) and demonstrated how to best use our detector to keep an eye on things going forward. Fortunately there was no sign of CO and no work needed but we’d happily use the company again for further inspections and if work is needed in the future.”
